4K Film Festival in California
The 4K Film Festival is focusing on films that are shot, finished and delivered in (at least) 4K resolution. The films will be shown on stunning theatrical 4K projectors, plus there will be product demos of new 4KTV’s (aka Ultra HD).
CineGrid Brazil: First 4K live streaming using using JVC and FOGO
Rede Nacional de Ensino e Pesquisa (RNP), Digital Video Applications Lab (LAViD) and the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) have successfully demonstrated the first 4K uncompressed live streaming using the JVC GY-HMQ10 4K compact handheld camcorder and the FOGO player.
